한 해의 끝자락에서

 

한 해의 끝자락에서 

루디아(최송연)

 

 

서서히 한 해가 

저물 때

시간의 마지막 

계단에 서면

바람도 숨을 

고르는 듯...

 

As the year slowly

comes to a close,

when I stand upon

the final steps of time,

even the wind seems

to pause its breath…

 

 

영원의 문틈에서

새어나오는 미세한 빛,

그 빛 속에서 들려오는

주님의 음성,

 

From the narrow crack

of eternity’s door

a faint light slips through,

and within that light

I hear the Lord’s voice:

 

 

“두려워 말라, 내가 너와 함께 하리라.”

 

그 약속을 가슴에 

품는 순간,

내일은 더 이상 

미지의 길이 아니겠지요

“Do not be afraid,

for I am with you.”

 

At the moment I hold

that promise in my heart,

tomorrow is no longer

an unknown road.

 

시간의 마지막은

영원의 세계로 이어지는 길목

 

The end of time is but

a threshold leading

into the eternal realm.

 

어느 순간 역사의 주인께서 

시간의 문을 닫고

 

영원의 세계로 이끄시려고 구름을 타고 강림하실 것입니다. 

 

And one day,

the Lord of history

will close the door of time

and descend upon the clouds

to lead us into eternity.

 

 

그동안 정신 없이 

살아온 시간들,

알고 지은 죄, 모르고

지은 죄 모두 다 

눈물로 용서를 빌고

 

All the distracted days

I have lived,

the sins I knew

and the sins I did not know—

I lay them down with tears

and ask for forgiveness.

 

 

이제는 주님의

밝은 빛을 따라

두려움 없이

 

그러나 경외의 마음, 소망으로 가득 채운

새해라는 새벽을 

맞이 할까 합니다 

 

 

Now, following the bright light

of the Lord,

without fear,

yet with reverence

and a heart full of hope,

I long to welcome the dawn

called a new year.

 

"아멘, 주 예수여, 오시옵소서."(계시록 22장20(하)

 

“Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.”

(Revelation 22:20b)
